Known Issues

Printing

Problem: When I print pages from the website they do not display text or do not print correctly.

Solution: Please make sure that you are using the latest version of your web browser.

To download the latest version of Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 7) click here or to download the latest version of Firefox (Firefox 3) please click here.

To check the version of the browser you are running select 'About Internet Explorer' or 'About Mozilla Firefox' from the help menu.

Please note: Some images (including the top banner and some buttons) will not be visible on printouts.

Text size

Problem: The text on the website is too small for me to read.

Solution: Pressing Ctrl and + will increase text size while pressing Ctrl and - will reduce text size. If you would like to return the text to normal size press Ctrl and 0 (zero). Please note these shortcuts require the latest versions of either Firefox or Internet Explorer.
