SA history remembered

Local businessman and philanthropist - Ishwar Ramlutchman attended the conference to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 2 February speech to parliament that opened the way to South Africa’s constitutional transformation. President FW de Klerk announced the steps - including the release of Mr Nelson Mandela - which helped to open the way to the democratic transformation of South.
