Three arrests were made as Richards Bay police netted dagga valued at close to R20 000 in a special operation at Taxi City on Thursday afternoon.
Dressed in plain clothes, the police officers surprised the suspects, who were selling the dagga to the public at the back of the busy premises.
After being charged at the Richards Bay police station, the men were due to appear in court on Friday.
